Fall Salads

Seasonal fall cooking tends to be more along the lines of warm stews and fresh-baked breads (both awesome things), but hey, why not get some kick-ass seasonal salads in there too? We know we’re supposed to be eating more leafy greens–dietary guidelines recommend at least 3-4 servings per week, so aiming for a serving of greens most days of the week is a good goal.
